Consultations:Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.Projects:Refunds or cancellations for projects will be handled according to the specific service agreement.
Curated Home will not be held liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as supply chain issues or natural disasters. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
We may recommend or use third-party contractors or suppliers for certain aspects of your project. While we vet these providers, we are not responsible for their work, materials, or delays.
